"Lisi Orientiri" is a boutique-style private housing community on the shores of Lisi Lake, designed for just 24 families. The project is located only 300 meters from the lake and a mere 500 meters from central Leo Kvachadze Street. Within a 500-meter radius, you will find four leading schools. The neighborhood offers fully developed infrastructure, including street lighting, all utilities connected directly to each plot, paved roads, and a drainage system.
The project is being implemented by GRG Construction Company, which actively manages major infrastructure projects across Georgia.
Under the leadership of GREA, the company’s branding, communication strategy, and architectural materials were developed, along with the sales strategy. Today, the sales and marketing of the project are exclusively managed by the Georgian Real Estate Agency.
The project's Infrastructure works are scheduled for completion in March 2026.
