The commercial direction of Samgori Tower will be exclusively led by GREA.

A partnership agreement has been signed between the Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA) and the development company Samgori Tower, under which GREA has been exclusively managing the company’s commercial direction since May 2025.

Samgori Tower is a new landmark multifunctional complex located next to Samgori Metro, featuring a 4,500 m² landscaped and enclosed courtyard. Construction work has been underway since January 2025.

The company’s management team is backed by significant experience accumulated in the construction sector, with numerous completed residential, commercial, and hotel projects successfully operating across various districts of Tbilisi over the past 10 years.

“Our primary objective was to focus entirely on the construction process, as meeting commitments within the agreed timelines, along with ensuring top quality, is of utmost importance to us. We achieve this by adhering to the highest standards at every stage of construction.

The partnership with GREA enables us to concentrate fully on construction while entrusting the project’s commercial direction to an experienced team. We believe this collaboration will help us achieve our common goal: to ensure that our future residents receive high-quality service, move into their apartments within the agreed timeframe, and enjoy peace of mind, comfort, and security,” said Giorgi Vanishvili, Director of Samgori Tower.

“Through this cooperation, GREA has developed a sales and marketing strategy, introduced a new service standard, and today we are successfully managing one of the most in-demand and outstanding projects in Samgori,” noted Nino Absandze, Director of GREA.
