For the past year, the Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA) has been managing the commercial direction of Roomix Development. The company’s current portfolio includes two development projects — Roomix on Tsintsadze and Roomix on Vazha-Pshavela, where sales were conducted intensively throughout 2025, making it a successful year overall.
Roomix on Vazha-Pshavela is one of the most in-demand projects in the Saburtalo district, where the GREA team sold 150 apartments in 2025.
The project consists of two 12-storey residential blocks, with apartment sizes starting from 46 sq.m. Roomix Vazha-Pshavela stands out for its prime central location, proximity to green parks and metro stations, and efficient apartment layouts. Construction has been actively underway since January 2025, with completion planned for the end of 2027. The project is financed by the Bank of Georgia.
“Roomix on Tsintsadze is an 11-storey multifunctional residential complex that is already in the final stage of construction. Interested parties have the opportunity to schedule an on-site visit and assess the quality of the completed works,”
— Shalva Omanadze, Director of Roomix Development.
In addition to residential units, the first three floors feature commercial and office spaces. The project currently offers office spaces for lease ranging from 1,000 sq.m to 3,000 sq.m, ideal for medium and large companies for whom a central location and flexible layout are essential. We would like to remind you that Roomix on Tsintsadze is located at 53 Tsintsadze Street, Saburtalo.
“For us, managing sales for a development project begins with creating the right strategy—one that aligns with customer needs and reflects the company’s long-term goals. We base our action plan on these objectives and achieve results through coordinated collaboration with the client—results we are proud of,”
— Nino Absandze, Founder of GREA.
Both Roomix on Vazha-Pshavela and Roomix on Tsintsadze are modern, urban-oriented development projects that combine residential, commercial, and office spaces in the city center.
