As a result of an exclusive cooperation agreement signed between the Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA) and the development company Chronometri, the commercial direction of Chronometri will be exclusively managed by GREA.
Chronometri is entering the development market with a premium-class mixed-use complex. The company’s management team brings extensive expertise to the project, backed by more than 20 years of experience and over 600 completed developments across Georgia — including commercial, residential, public, and infrastructural projects — delivered under the construction company Dagi.
Located in Lisi, at 11 E. Amashukeli Street, the 13-story development will feature 9 residential floors and a 4-story business center. The complex is designed to combine comfort and functionality, offering shops and offices, apartments and penthouses, a two-level underground parking facility, recreational and sports areas, and an indoor swimming pool — everything required for a modern urban lifestyle.
Construction began in October 2024 and is progressing on schedule. The two-level underground parking has already been completed, and work is currently underway on the construction of the third commercial floor.
“After implementing numerous development projects, Dagi has entered the market with a new vision and a new brand — Chronometri. The GREA team has played an important role in this transition. This partnership enables us to focus on what matters most — delivering high-quality construction — while entrusting sales and marketing management to an experienced partner such as the Georgian Real Estate Agency.”
— David Gulordava, Director of Chronometri
“We are delighted to be working on Chronometri’s Lisi project, a truly distinctive premium-class complex. Since spring 2025, we have been preparing the project for market launch, refining the product, creating a unique brand identity, and developing a communication strategy. Sales officially commenced in September, at a stage when substantial construction progress had already been achieved. We are confident that our cooperation will ensure the project’s success throughout every stage of its development.”
— Nino Absandze, Founder of GREA
Chronometri is being developed with the full support of Bank of Georgia, with project completion scheduled for June 2027.
