Roomix Development has embarked on an exciting new chapter, as the Georgian Real Estate Agency (GREA) takes on the exclusive commercial management of the company’s projects. In a collaboration formalized by an exclusive agreement, GREA will steer Roomix’s commercial strategy, marking the start of this partnership from October 2024.

Founded in 2022, Roomix Development is dedicated to delivering high-quality residential complexes in central city locations. The company’s growing portfolio includes two dynamic projects in the Saburtalo district: the first, an 11-storey multifunctional building at 53 Sulkhan Tsintsadze Street, is set to be completed by June 2025, while construction on the second project will kick off in late 2024 at Block II on Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, in few steps from City Mall.
