Here is an interview with the founder of the CREA - Nino Absandze.
We have been operating on the market for four years under the name of GREA, although my experience has been related to the development sector for 20 years, since I marketed and sold my first real estate project in 2003. Sines then there are dozens of real estate projects I have contributed to their development. Today, on behalf of GREA, we manage several large development projects in Tbilisi and its surroundings. Also, we provide consulting services for development companies according to their needs.
What challenges do development companies face today?
Nowadays, in the conditions of such high competition in the real estate sector, the success of the project is significantly determined by how well the commercial direction is managed.
For example, today we are preparing a project for sales, which has up to fifteen competitors in a close radius. In such conditions, entering the market without a complex sales strategy is associated with great financial risks. Accordingly, our clients are companies that understand the importance of our involvement in the success of their projects.

What would you advise companies that are planning to start a new development project?
Development companies often approach us with projects they already obtained permits for. Our practice shows that in most cases these projects need major changes in floorplan design and some other adjustments to make them properly marketable, due to which both time and resources are waisted. Our advice would be to use our consulting services at the initial stage of the project, to get advice that will make their project much more liquid.
